Preventing Cancer

What can you do to stay healthy?  Can you guard yourself -- and loved ones -- from cancer, perhaps actually prevent it from occuring?

Research has shown us that many cancer deaths can actually be prevented when people make healthy choices like not smoking, staying at a healthy weight, eating right, keeping active, and getting the recommended screening tests.
