St. Francis Auxiliary Funds Simulation Mannequin

For more than 70 years, members of the St. Francis Auxiliary have funded both vital equipment and large building projects with an inspired vision to create an environment where patients want to come for healthcare, where employees want to work and where physicians want to practice medicine. Once again, the thoughtfulness and impact made through members of the St. Francis Auxiliary is on full display.
Auxiliary leadership presented St. Francis-Emory Healthcare with a $30,000 check to purchase a “simulation mannequin” providing hands-on education opportunities for both new and existing staff members.
“We are delighted to give this gift that will afford both clinicians and residents the opportunity to further their ability to provide quality patient care,” St. Francis Auxiliary President Wendy Harding says. “This cutting-edge mannequin effectively simulates real time situations that will be valuable in providing clinical education at St. Francis-Emory Healthcare for years to come.”
